Northwest Development and Construction is owned an operated by J.C. Burns, who makes his home in Southern Oregon.  He shares a home with his wife and three beautiful girls and one rambunctious dogs, while enjoying a very active lifestyle, spending as much time as possible enjoying life outdoors. 

J.C. Burns has been involved in the building and construction industry since he could hold a hammer.  He has a passion for building.  His most outstanding attribute to building is his unwavering commitment to quality and performance.  J.C. is heavily involved in field operations and spends a large amount of his time out of the office, in the field, making sure that you are delivered a building that reflects our priorities.
